Join us this Sunday for our weekly Sunday Runday morning run. Starting at Cognoscenti Coffee in downtown Los Angeles and enjoy a conversational pace 3 mile run through DTLA. With fall races approaching, we’ll also have a 6 mile option as well. All paces welcome!
